Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Missoula!
Volunteering is a fulfilling way to spend spare time; as a volunteer you not only connect with other great individuals and have fun, but you also become part of making a dream come true.
We invite volunteers to help us build, assist in the office, serve on committees and help with special projects. Time commitments vary – some volunteers spend several days a week at the build site, while others spend just a few hours a month on a committee or project. At Habitat for Humanity of Missoula, you choose to volunteer as often or as little as you would like. Each and every position provides tremendous help that directly or indirectly results in the construction of our affordable homes. Creativity, talent, technical skills and a generosity of spirit are the invaluable traits volunteers bring to our organization.
Join a Committee:
Our committees include the Building Committee, Faith Relations, Community Support, Volunteer Support, and ReStore Support. Committees meet monthly at various times and locations to plan the projects, events, and fundraisers that keep Habitat’s mission moving forward. Help Out on the Build Site:
Each year, we bring together hundreds of Missoulians – with and without experience! – to help create our partner families’ homes. You don’t have to lift a hammer to help, but you just might want to!
Pitch in at the ReStore & Donation Center:
Our home goods and furniture retail location is open Tuesday through Saturday in East Missoula. We are currently looking for volunteers to assist in the pick-up, organization and retail sale of donated items. To read more about the ReStore and its mission, click here.
